Technological Ability

Mold Manufacturing

We have a professional die-casting mold and hardware mold design team, equipped with internationally leading mold flow analysis software such as MAGMA, mold PVD coating technology, ejector-free technology, and over 100 advanced mold manufacturing and testing equipment. We have complete independent design capabilities for complex high-pressure casting molds, and are able to efficiently carry out design simulation and accurately control every design detail. We can provide customers with one-stop services from design to manufacturing to testing。 

Die-Casting

We possess capabilities in aluminum, magnesium, and zinc alloy die-casting, as well as in ultra-vacuum die-casting, high-pressure point cooling technology, high-thin heat dissipation fin forming, and high thermal conductivity die-casting aluminum alloy technology and material research and development. Equipped with over 50 automatic robotic die-casting machines ranging from 88 tons to 4500 tons, our die-casting products can achieve a maximum external dimension of 1200mmx700mm. When the fin height is 80~100mm, the thickness of the fin top can be made to be 1.0mm, and the heat dissipation fin breakage structure can be directly formed through die-casting. 

Machining

Proficient in the entire process technology of mechanical processing, including CNC milling, CNC turning, grinding, threading, wire cutting, and electric discharge machining. Possesses over 800 machining centers and horizontal machining centers, achieving a machining accuracy of IT4 level. 

 Surface Treatment   

We possess comprehensive capabilities in various surface treatment processes, including sandblasting, chemical oxidation, anodic oxidation, magnesium alloy oxidation, phosphating, passivation, low-temperature spraying, painting, RM coating, and silk screening. Our spraying process meets the neutral salt spray test requirement of ≥1000H. We have fully automated oxidation and baking lines, over 20 automated equipment such as spraying robots, and have established AI detection capabilities for the appearance of sprayed parts. We empower the entire product lifecycle with military-grade quality standards and provide comprehensive surface treatment solutions covering functional protection for all scenarios. 

Dispense

Equipped with the capability to dispense various glues such as FIP glue, waterproof glue, cavity sealing glue, and water channel sealing glue, we have 55 dispensing equipment units, equipped with plasma treatment devices, automated baking lines, CCD online detection of trajectories, and 3D flexible dispensing machines (with automatic adjustment of dispensing height). 

Assemble

Possessing the capability to inspect complete machine assemblies with structural components, we integrate modern enterprise management tools such as MES systems, CCD online inspection, and IT-based control, which are displayed in real-time on electronic boards. Coupled with our self-developed AI automated detection technology for threaded aluminum scraps, we ensure product quality in all aspects. 

Sheet Metal

We currently possess over 100 units of equipment, including laser machines, CNC punching machines, CNC bending machines, 16-400 ton punching machines, and automated welding robots. We have also implemented laser cutting and multi-axis CNC technology, enabling high-precision stamping of ultra-thin sheet metal parts, precision metal stamping with single and continuous mold design and manufacturing techniques, as well as multi-material precision machining and manufacturing technology (reaching IT2-IT5 precision levels). The processing material thickness ranges from 0.5 to 5.0mm, with a dimensional accuracy of 0.05mm, allowing us to confidently handle the full range of manufacturing needs, from micro precision components to large structural parts involving large sheet metal processing. Additionally, we hold the internationally authoritative Certified Welding Interpreter (CWI) certification from the American Welding Society. 

Brazing、 reflow soldering 

The company has established production lines for brazing, reflow soldering, and other processes, as well as post-reflow soldering inspection technologies and capabilities, such as thermal efficiency testing and thermal performance testing, to provide customers with higher-quality lightweight products and services related to thermal management. 

Special Type

In collaboration with the China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation, we have established a joint laboratory for friction stir welding, dedicated to tackling key technical challenges such as the application of friction stir welding and solid-phase additive manufacturing technology, welding of thick aluminum alloys, and real-time monitoring and control technology for flexible weld deviation. We aim to provide customers with intelligent and efficient welding solutions, injecting innovative impetus into high-end equipment manufacturing 

Detection

The company currently employs nearly 300 dedicated quality personnel and has introduced over 100 advanced quality inspection equipment, including Zeiss automatic three-coordinate measuring machines, spectrometers, metallographic instruments, 3D scanners, helium leak detectors, phased array flaw detectors, X-ray flaw detectors, high-pressure bursting testers, tensile testing machines, high and low temperature testers, salt spray testers, and cleanliness testing equipment. Additionally, AI technology has been introduced for automatic detection of product appearance, threaded hole aluminum chips, establishing a full lifecycle traceability system to achieve full-process quality control。
