The 4th Automation Competition of CEIEC Aihua Comes to a Successful Conclusion

To advance the company's transformation and upgrading toward automation and smart manufacturing, stimulate innovative potential among all employees, and strengthen the development of a highly skilled workforce, the Administrative Management Department and the Labor Union of CEIEC Aihua jointly organized the 4th Automation Competition.
Launched in August this year, the competition lasted four months and received a total of 19 participating projects.

On December 15, Li Min, General Manager of the Company, together with Miao Guang and Yu Jianquan, Deputy General Managers, led the judging panel to various production workshops for an on-site review of the shortlisted projects.
The panel conducted a comprehensive evaluation based on the innovation, practicality, economic efficiency, sustainability and on-site performance of each project. They carefully listened to project presentations, watched practical demonstrations, and fully assessed the achievements of each team in the application and practice of automation technologies, before scoring in accordance with the established criteria.

 

 

Upon review, a total of six projects were selected in this competition. The list of winners is as follows:

On December 23, the company held a commendation ceremony. Zhou Bo, Director of the company, Li Min, General Manager, and Miao Guang, Deputy General Manager attended the award ceremony. The meeting was presided over by Hu Bing, Chairman of the Labor Union.
 
Company leaders and representatives of the award-winning teams delivered speeches respectively.
 
Wu Jinping, Manager of Manufacturing Department 2 and representative of the first prize winner, shared experience in overcoming key technical difficulties of the project.
 
Originated from solving quality problems in production, the project successfully tackled the issue of residual impurities by integrating automation, in-house expertise and artificial intelligence, and gained full recognition from customers for its quality.
 
He stated: "Automation, digitalization and intelligentization are the inevitable directions for the development of manufacturing enterprises.
 
As long as we keep exploring and devote ourselves fully, every team can play an important role in innovation."

 

General Manager Li Min fully affirmed the efforts of all participating teams in translating innovative ideas into practical results.
 
Taking the AI inspection project as an example, he emphasized the crucial role of automation in improving product quality and production efficiency.
 
He pointed out: "The company’s current level of automation still lags behind advanced industry standards, so we must strengthen our sense of urgency.
 
We need to systematically identify processes and products suitable for automation upgrading, accelerate the application of advanced technologies, and contribute to the high-quality development of the company."
 
 

 

Mr. Zhou Bo, Director of the company, spoke highly of the achievements of this competition, especially recognizing the technological breakthroughs and team innovation spirit demonstrated by the AI **Inspection project.
 
He pointed out that advancing automation and intelligent development is an important way for the company to enhance core competitiveness and achieve sustainable development. The company will, as always, support innovation in automation technologies and encourage all employees to think actively and practice boldly based on their positions.
 
Director Zhou Bo emphasized the need to drive automation technologies from "individual breakthroughs" to "system-wide improvement", and achieve synchronous upgrades in production efficiency and product quality through technological empowerment.
 
He called on all employees to keep learning, strengthen cooperation, pool development synergy, and jointly promote CEIEC Aihua to forge ahead steadily on the road of intelligent manufacturing. He also expressed his expectation for more automation achievements with promotion value to emerge in the future.

 

This competition has promoted innovation through competition and application through innovation, fully demonstrating the active exploration and team wisdom of CEIEC Aihua in the independent R&D and application of automation.
 
Looking ahead, CEIEC Aihua will continue to uphold the development philosophy of "Technology-driven, Talent-oriented", further improve its innovation mechanism, accelerate the pace of automation and intelligent upgrading, inject sustained innovative momentum into the high-quality development of the company, and write a new chapter on the new journey of intelligent manufacturing.
