Usage Scenario: It is an important component of fast charging charging piles for cars. It absorbs and dissipates the heat generated during the charging process through the circulation of liquid, and efficiently dissipates heat through the flow of liquid. It keeps the internal temperature of the charging pile within a safe range, ensuring high charging power and achieving fast charging. During production, advanced stirring friction welding technology and non-destructive detection techniques such as phased array and helium leak detection are used to ensure good sealing of parts.
1、High vacuum pressure casting + high pressure point cooling + temperature control automatic pressure casting technology are adopted to ensure that there   are no air holes in the waterway of the pressure casting parts.
2、Stirring friction welding adopts constant pressure control, liquid pressure anti-deformation process, and heat forming process to ensure that the     flatness of the large surface is ≤0.5mm.
3、High-pressure washing lines and point-to-point high-pressure washing machines with 50MPa pressure are used to ensure product cleanliness: CCC=Mcp (E-   K10)/EX=500μm (ISO1623).
4、Weld seam misalignment detection and phased array detection are used to ensure that the minimum detectable leakage rate of helium is ≤1×10⁻⁶ mbar·L/S.
