Application Scenario:
Designed for high-efficiency motor cooling in new energy vehicles, this component features integrated cooling channels (internal/external) that circulate coolant (e.g., ethylene glycol solution) to dissipate heat generated during motor operation. The core principle involves forced convection heat transfer, where heat from critical parts like the stator and windings is absorbed by the coolant and released via a radiator.
Process Characteristics:
1、Mold flow analysis + high-vacuum die-casting + high-pressure spot cooling + automatic mold temperature control to ensure porosity-free cooling channels.
2、CNC turning, 5-axis machining, and precision tooling to achieve IT5-IT6 machining accuracy.
3、High-pressure cleaning lines + 50MPa point-to-point cleaning systems to guarantee cleanliness: CCC=Mcp(E-K10)/EX=500μm (ISO1623).
4、High/low-pressure air leak testing to validate airtightness.
