Application Scenario:
Used as crossbeams in the battery pack of new energy vehicles. Multiple side panels are joined via friction stir welding (FSW) to enhance overall structural strength, resist collision deformation, and optimize mechanical load distribution.
Process Characteristics:
1、Vacuum die-casting + water cooling + hydraulic straightening to ensure casting quality while controlling deformation within ≤0.6mm.
2、CNC machining + threaded insert installation + surface treatment to guarantee dimensional accuracy, thread strength, and durability, while meeting high corrosion resistance requirements (withstand 56 days of salt spray testing over 8 cycles, corrosion depth ≤5% of wall thickness). For structural components with airtightness requirements, they must comply with specified sealing standards.
