On February 28th, with the successful completion of the company's two-week on-site improvement activity, the first Lean Improvement Week summary report meeting of Zhongdian Aihua was successfully held. General Manager Li Min, Deputy General Managers Yang Wenfeng, Miao Guang, Yu Jianquan, and others attended the meeting and witnessed the improvement results of the event together.

Lean improvement is the "2025 Key Special Action" of the Lean Office of the Enterprise Management Department of the company. As a key tool for promoting lean production, this action has received positive responses from various departments of the company, and a total of 15 highly creative improvement projects have been collected. 115 elite members from different fields gathered together to form multiple lean improvement teams, utilizing on-site rapid improvement techniques to quickly develop and implement practical and feasible solutions for specific goals, regions, workshops, or processes. During the Lean Improvement Week, under the careful guidance of expert consultants, each team delved into the root causes of problems, actively implemented various improvement measures, and fully utilized various lean improvement tools such as value stream analysis, 5S management, and continuous improvement to lay a solid foundation for achieving improvement goals and strive to achieve significant improvement results.

At the report meeting, the leaders of each improvement team gave wonderful presentations of their achievements. The judges listened carefully to the report on the improvement results and conducted a rigorous evaluation. In the end, six teams stood out with outstanding performance, among which the Lean Improvement Project of Manufacturing Department Four won the crown, and General Manager Li Min awarded an honorary certificate to the project team.

Miao Guang, the responsible leader and deputy general manager of the Lean Office of the Enterprise Management Department, highly praised this event. He elaborated on the important significance of lean improvement in improving production efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing corporate competitiveness, encouraging more employees to actively participate in lean improvement actions and jointly promote the deepening and development of the company's lean production culture.

General Manager Li Min fully affirmed the achievements of this event in his concluding speech.
