Dongguan Tairisheng launches the "Warm Dumpling Banquet Heart to Heart" activity
On June 12, 2024, under the leadership of Comrade Zhou Bo, the Secretary of the Party Branch, a unique "Warm Dumpling Banquet, Caring for One Person" activity was carefully organized to express deep care and respect for the workshop employees and further create a harmonious and warm corporate culture atmosphere.

On the day of the event, all party members and comrades of Dongguan Tairisheng Party Branch gathered in the company cafeteria to participate in this warm activity together. The cafeteria was filled with various materials and tools for making dumplings. Party members and comrades started the joyful time of making dumplings together.
At the event site, Party members and comrades fully demonstrated their exemplary and leading role, actively preparing dumpling filling, kneading dough, rolling dough and other work. Everyone worked together with division of labor, and the entire site was busy and orderly. During the process of making dumplings, everyone learns from each other and exchanges experiences, which not only enhances their friendship but also improves their teamwork skills. After nearly 6 hours of joint efforts, more than 2600 dumplings were made, and night snacks were provided to night shift frontline employees starting from 11:40 pm.

As the hot and steaming dumplings came out of the pot, the entire cafeteria was filled with a strong aroma. Three to five frontline employees sat together, tasting the dumplings made by party members themselves and feeling the warmth and care from the collective. While tasting dumplings, everyone talked about their work and life, shared stories and experiences with each other, and their faces were filled with happy smiles. The atmosphere on site was warm and harmonious.

In the future, the company will continue to adhere to the concept of "people-oriented", continuously strengthen employee care and corporate culture construction, and provide better working environment and development opportunities for employees.
