Efficient grid connection of Zhongdian Aihua Photovoltaic Project - key puzzle for green and low-carbon development
Recently, the rooftop distributed photovoltaic project of Dongguan Zhongdian Aihua Electronics Co., Ltd. was successfully completed. The project took only 52 days from start to grid connected power generation, injecting new green and low-carbon development momentum into production and operation with an ultra short cycle, efficiently meeting the company's energy-saving and carbon reduction needs.

During the project construction period, the Zhongdian Aihua project team relied on a full process collaborative management system, and through strict node control and precise resource allocation, efficiently tackled key technical nodes such as photovoltaic module layout optimization and intelligent device integration, achieving rapid connection between project initiation, design, construction, and acceptance. They successfully created an innovative model of standardized construction "high quality, efficiency, and fast turnover" management in the field of green energy, providing important practical references for the subsequent development of projects in the same industry.
The Zhongdian Aihua Photovoltaic Project adopts first-line brand monocrystalline silicon modules and intelligent inverter equipment, with a total installed capacity of 5.5 megawatts, covering the roofs of production workshops, warehouses, and related supporting buildings in the factory area. According to calculations, the project can provide approximately 5.6 million kilowatt hours of clean electricity annually, significantly reducing the company's reliance on traditional energy sources.
In terms of environmental benefits, the project is expected to reduce carbon dioxide emissions by about 6600 tons per year, save about 2000 tons of standard coal, and plant 360000 equivalent trees. This achievement not only effectively helps improve regional energy utilization efficiency and environmental quality, but also provides important support for building a new energy system and accelerating the achievement of the "dual carbon" goal.
