Accepting the invitation to eat, from light to dark

Some party members and cadres dare not openly indulge in eating and drinking, so they shift their "positions" and open up hidden "new battlefields", or eat and drink with public funds in the "small stoves" of unit canteens, training centers, and internal reception places of government agencies, or hide in private clubs, high-end residential areas, and office buildings to eat "one table meals", or arrange dining locations in remote and hidden rural inns or private restaurants. Hiding in secret places to receive invitations from management service recipients, thinking that they are unknown, is actually deceiving oneself and others.

Not eating public funds, eating the boss

Some party members and cadres disregard the ban and have come up with the idea of managing service recipients and private enterprises. Whether they accept banquets or host their own banquets, their bosses pay for them; In order to please some leaders and cadres, some bosses and management service recipients take the initiative to pay, and the cadres do not refuse. These 'dinner parties' are often driven by power mixing and interest transmission. As the saying goes,' One end of the wine cup, relaxed principles', the meaning of the drunken man is not 'rice' but 'party'.

Eating and drinking excessively, pursuing pleasure

Some party members and cadres accept banquets, and must order high-end dishes such as "Yan Bao Shen Chi" and rare wild game for every meal. They also offer sky high priced wine and special health wine, and even compete with each other and pay attention to grandeur. When the wind is tight and the investigation is strict, people are instructed in advance to pour high-end wine into mineral water bottles, and after "changing their appearance", they are solemnly placed on the table. Eating and drinking in violation of regulations, what is eaten is the fine traditions and style of the Party, and what is eaten is the hearts and minds of the Party and the people.

The practice of accumulating wealth in the name of eating and drinking

Some party members and cadres go to the hotel club after work, with a full schedule every day, indulging in extravagance and enjoying themselves. They eat, drink, and receive red envelopes, and even rush to the venue one after another, enjoying the luxurious pleasure brought by power. Pushing cups and exchanging drinks at the table, receiving benefits at the table, blurring the boundaries of the "pro Qing" political business relationship, and building a potential chain of interest transmission.

Accepting banquets that may affect the impartial execution of official duties, as well as accepting gifts, cash gifts, consumption cards, and other property that may affect the impartial execution of official duties, is a prominent manifestation of violating the spirit of the Central Eight point Regulation. Articles 88 and 92 of the Regulations of the CPC on Disciplinary Actions stipulate that:

Article 88: Those who accept gifts, cash gifts, consumer cards, securities, equity, other financial products, and other property that may affect the fair performance of official duties, and the circumstances are relatively minor, shall be given a warning or a serious warning; Those with serious circumstances shall be subject to revocation of their party positions or probation within the party; Those with serious circumstances shall be expelled from the Party.

Those who accept other clearly excessive gifts beyond normal reciprocity shall be dealt with in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph.

Article 92: Those who accept or provide arrangements for banquets, tourism, fitness, entertainment, or other activities that may affect the fair performance of official duties, and the circumstances are relatively serious, shall be given a warning or a serious warning; Those with serious circumstances shall be subject to revocation of their party positions or probation within the party.

Article 34 of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Administrative Penalties for Public Officials stipulates that:

Article 34: Those who accept gifts, cash gifts, securities or other property that may affect the fair exercise of public power shall be given a warning, a demerit or a major demerit; Those with serious circumstances shall be demoted or dismissed; Those with serious circumstances shall be dismissed.

Giving gifts, cash gifts, securities, and other property that may affect the fair exercise of public power to public officials and their specific affiliates, or accepting or providing arrangements for banquets, tourism, fitness, entertainment, and other activities that may affect the fair exercise of public power, if the circumstances are serious, shall be given a warning, a demerit, or a major demerit; Those with serious circumstances shall be demoted or dismissed.

Kind reminder:

A thousand mile embankment will collapse in an ant nest. "Not following the rules will eventually lead to great virtue, and not following discipline will result in great losses. Party members and cadres should stand at the height of implementing the spirit of the Central Eight point Regulation, upholding discipline and rules, strengthening their sense of discipline, consciously not crossing the "red line" or "bottom line", treating illegal eating as taboo, and maintaining a clean and honest political character.
